More at stake:  -  Accounting software, email, Word/Excel documents...all that might be harder for your business to survive without than a plumbing, electrical or HVAC failure.

Greater complexity:  -  Hardware and (usually) software that is more difficult to install, configure, back up, restore, and find a technician qualified to work on.

More important to update/maintain technology:  -  Still running Windows XP? Windows Update won't run? Using a computer that's more than 5 years old? Anti-virus license is out of date? All these are a much bigger deal if you're a business owner.
